about danjoo labour hire and recruitment

Danjoo (which means together) was formed by Aleesha after she discovered mutual friends and similar business interests with Kieron and Jamie and wanted to put together a business helping everyone get the right job roles and career path as she has been actively helping Individuals who had issues reintegrate and she always found that those who managed to get the right opportunity were less likely to regress. She wanted to expand on this experience and help as many people as she could so felt like starting a recruitment business was the right fit for her to acheive this.

We have built the business around people and opportunity and connecting the dots between the two. Our focus is very much on ensuring that the right "fit" is made for both the candidate and the client. This encompasses skill set, culture, ambition, and attitude.

It is our belief on focusing on what people can do and how that fits the end clients' needs rather than a straightforward tick box approach where a lot of the best talent would be left unearthed.

Our aim is to build a long-term partnership with clients and candidates so that we become your first call when you need that next candidate or are looking for that new opportunity.

If you want a team to work for you, or on your behalf that will give 100% and keep you informed along the journey and who will always have your best interests at heart then why not contact us on the link below and see if we can help.
